Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the Hub Community Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a welcoming, productive, and safe environment for all team members at the Beyond Blue office known as 'the Hub’. This role involves day-to-day operations management, providing excellent employee experiences, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
This role is for someone who prefers working on-site. Candidates seeking part-time (job-sharing arrangements) are welcome to apply for the position.

Administrative Duties:
Support the People and Culture team with various administrative tasks (eg preparing employee letters, posting job ads and scheduling interviews).
