We are looking for leaders who demonstrate a growth mindset, with curiosity to question the status quo, and who can lead their teams on a journey of continual improvement to deliver greater value for our community (users of our service) and donors (funders of our service), to improve mental health and make it easier for people to feel better earlier, get well and stay well.
As a leader in this team, the Growth Manager is responsible for leading the growth team to develop and deliver targeted, data-driven campaigns and personalised user journeys that leverage CRM tools and the safe and responsible usage of emerging technologies to enhance engagement and retention of users and funders of Beyond Blue’s services.
Explore a full-funnel approach to maximising growth. Employ data led lead generation, with agile A/B testing and learning to deliver faster growth and maximised ROI on marketing initiatives by fast failing and scaling channels and spend efficiently.
Develop scalable and sustainable marketing initiatives that explore innovative growth hacking techniques to acquire high quality leads at an efficient ROI and convert those leads to booked appointments and donations.
Enhance retention – map personalised user journeys to identify touchpoints and opportunities for engagement and drive product uptake. Support the development of lifecycle planning across product portfolios.
Set KPIs that evaluate results based on an ROI for the investment of all resources, to understand the total economic impact of our activities and to ensure we are driving the desired attitudinal and behaviour change in our target audience, to increase their knowledge, and engage the community in action to achieve their best possible mental health.
As the subject matter expert champion marketing best practise and actively support an innovation mindset. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and adopt the safe and responsible use of emerging technologies.
