About this Position

Are you a data-driven marketer looking to make a real impact? As a Growth Advisor at Beyond Blue, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting people with critical mental health services, driving meaningful engagement, and scaling innovative marketing strategies.

The role

As a Growth Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Beyond Blue by harnessing the power of technology and data through the Digital Evolution Programme (DEP), combined with deep community insights and a human-centred design approach, you'll develop engaging campaigns that drive real change.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously refine strategies to maximise impact. Your efforts will help shift attitudes, influence behaviours, increase awareness, and empower communities to take action towards better mental health.

As a Growth Adviser, you will:

  • Data-Led Growth – You will develop, execute and optimise innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Technology and Automation – Leverage CRM tools, analytics, and emerging technologies to personalise user journeys and scale impact.
  • Conversion Optimisation – Work with A/B testing and full-funnel approaches to enhance efficiency and maximise ROI.

About you

To be successful you will hold a:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, B2B business development, and campaign management.
  • Expertise in executing and optimising campaigns, budgeting, and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and track performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration, with a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Stakeholder management—skilled in negotiation and influence.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Technical proficiency in Jira, Confluence, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management tools.
