As the Gift in Wills Relationships Lead, you’ll drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of bequestors while managing estate liaison with care and precision. You’ll develop and implement a long-term strategy that nurtures donor relationships, guiding supporters through their journey from interest to commitment.
This dynamic role blends acquisition, pipeline conversion, relationship cultivation, and estate management. You'll also contribute to the Fundraising and Development Strategy 2023-28, helping achieve key milestones, financial targets for gifts in wills and ensuring Beyond Blue continues to deliver impact.
