Beyond Blue is in a period of substantial growth and transformation. We are currently recruiting for several Business Analysts (BA) to join our growing team. The portfolio of projects is an exciting one and will directly benefit Beyond Blue in helping to support the Australian Community.
This is a 2-Year, Fixed-Term Contract role. The role is full-time, however part-time may be considered for the right applicant.
Beyond Blue is located in Melbourne’s CBD. However, Beyond Blue headquarters are considered a “Hub”, and have been specially designed to enable staff to work flexibly and dynamically. We welcome people working onsite from our beautiful CBD Hub, from home remotely, or in a hybrid combination. Whatever suits you and the work best.

The BA will support Project Managers, Business Sponsors, SMEs and the IT Team in the design and implementation of new technology solutions successfully across the business and into IT BAU operations.
Most Beyond Blue projects are delivered using an Agile approach using tools including Jira, Confluence, Miro and Visio. The BA will support the delivery of initiatives in all stages of the solution lifecycle from strategy documentation through initial solution sourcing and selection/RFPs, implementation and handing over to ongoing operation.
Tertiary qualified, the appointee will have several years’ recent experience in a role as a Business Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst. Your ability to analyse documents and elicit requirements including proactively identify areas for improvement, present alternative solutions to problems and gather the resources required to undertake the resolution of issues will enable you to facilitate workshops and efficiently complete and present deliverables.
