The Berry Street Education team is offering a unique opportunity to work on its first Social Impact Bond (SIB) initiative and to work in partnership with Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) to transform students and families lives across Victoria.
This position is currently on a working from home arrangement due to the COVID-19 situation and the successful applicant will be expected to integrate into the team from home to begin with, slowly reintegrating into the office as Victorian restrictions are lifted.
The Side by Side Program Manager will:
You will hold a tertiary qualification (minimum Bachelor level) in in Teaching/Education, Social Work or Program Management and be confident to lead the Side by Side team. You will have experience in the community service organisation/not-for-profit sector and have impeccable project management skills.
As a large portion of this role involves analysing and studying data within Excel spreadsheets, the ability to stay focused and diligent with strong attention to detail skills is a requirement of this role.
