As our Senior Manager of Risk and Compliance you will apply your risk management expertise and community welfare insights to collaborate, support, and advises Berry Street services on legislative compliance, strategy implementation and organisational transformation.
Our Organisational Effectiveness Team, better known as our ‘engine room for change and improvement’ oversees organisation-wide systems process and practices that support the delivery of safe, effective quality services at Berry Street. This portfolio includes Berry Streets Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Reconciliation Action Plan, Past Client Services, including Redress and the Heritage Service.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor-level qualification within Community Welfare or a related discipline and hold extensive experience and understanding of risk and compliance.
