Come to Berry Street and be the driver of our combustion engine! We are currently on the lookout for a data guru to strategically manage our supporter database and oversee complex data analysis to generate insights from internal and external datasets.
As the Head of Data and Analytics you will have direct impact on Berry Street’s strategic, financial and operational performance through research, analysis and interpretation of results to significantly impact decision making. Working closely with other ‘Heads of’ Functions within the Strategic Engagement team and reporting to our Executive Director, Strategic Engagement, you will help identify, articulate and address key business questions to target the use of resources more effectively, leading to the provision of evidence-based recommendations to improve supporter engagement and maximise return on marketing investment.
