Berry Street's Home Based Care team in the Hume Region provides a Foster Care service, which aims to meet the needs of children and young people who are unable to live at home with their family for periods of time. The foster care case manager will be primarily responsible for supporting foster carers and working collaboratively with the care team to support the best interests of each child/young person placed in care.
The Home Based Care team are currently searching for a Foster Care Case Manager to join the team. The role is based at our Seymour office and you will play a key role in working with and supporting children/young people placed in foster care, their families and foster carers.
Our ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or a related discipline that is recognised in Australia, however we would consider applicants who are currently studying in a relevant field or are willing to enrol in a course through Berry Streets own RTO.
