The Administrative Officer will support the operation of the Administrative Operations team and act as a point of contact for all employees, providing support and managing their queries.
The Administrative Officer shares in the responsibility of all staff to ensure that everyone who has contact with Berry Street, whether that is via telephone or in person, is treated in a courteous, respectful and efficient manner

We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and energetic professional to join our small but busy team to help us deliver support to our programs.
Our preferred candidate is:
You’ll have a friendly and welcoming phone manner to greet our callers and visitors to the office. Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and good computer literacy. Experience working in a Not-For-Profit/Community Services setting is desirable, but not essential.
