We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide reception support and assist with general administrative tasks as required as a member of the Northern Region Administration Team with the main office being in Preston.
In this role you will be the primary contact for the client and external stakeholder enquiries, internal employee enquires and providing administrative support to staff and programs in the Northern Region, which has multiple programs and locations. A sensitive non-judgmental approach and the ability to be aware of the needs of clients, staff and other people is imperative for this
Our preferred candidate will has experience in administration, or holds a relevant qualification such as a Cert IV or Diploma in Business Admin or above, along with excellent computer skills including MS Word (advanced level), Excel and Outlook (intermediate level).
You will be a fast learner, be a team player and have solid accuracy and high attention to detail skills, along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience with client databases is highly advantageous.
