The Social Work positions available are based within the multidisciplinary Outpatient Rehabilitation Services (OPRS) program. OPRS is primarily funded by Sub acute Ambulatory Care to provide both general community and specialist rehabilitation.
The OPRS service includes the streams of Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Tissue Trauma. Each stream is operationally managed by a stream coordinator. Our rehabilitation services provide goal oriented and time limited rehabilitation to clients presenting with a range of both acute and chronic health conditions. This position will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including allied health, nursing and medical.
