Facility Manager

Belconnen Arts Centre

About the role

The Belco Arts Facility Manager ensures seamless facility operations across our Theatre, Gallery, and creative spaces. Reporting to the Co-CEOs, you’ll maintain high standards of safety and functionality, supporting a wide variety of live performances, exhibitions, and events.

From our Theatre and Galleries to the Dance Studio, Rehearsal Room, and Workshops, you’ll create well-maintained spaces that inspire artists, hirers, and audiences.

In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day maintenance and OH&S of Belconnen Arts Centre, working alongside a high-performing team of arts professionals, in a state-of-the-art facility by Lake Ginninderra. Your attention to detail will directly enhance our community outreach and exhibition programs. Collaborating with the Executive and Artistic Directors (Co-CEOs), the Production and Venue Hire Manager, Marketing Manager, and Visitor Services Coordinator, and supported by our team of casuals and volunteers, you’ll help ensure our centre and programs continue to fuel a love of and engagement in the arts.

With the addition of a café and bar which opened in 2025, our venue is well-utilised, and we are proud to be the ACT’s first Climate Active certified carbon-neutral arts organisation. It’s a place of creativity, connection, celebration and joy.
