The Role

The Website & SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in the digital expansion of this established NFP. You will join a growing team and report to an extremely supportive, Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications.

The Website & SEO Specialist role will work collaboratively with stakeholders from other teams and across their 3 state-based offices and work with external agencies on a large website review project.

If you have demonstrated experience project managing a website review and change implementation, and experience hands-on with optimising and creating SEO / SEM strategies we would love to hear from you.

As Website & SEO Specialist (Digital Project Lead) you will be responsible for:

• Managing & optimising digital platforms including Web CMS, SEO/SEM & EDM/automation
• Being the Project Lead for an exciting website review
• Evaluating analytical data to optimise campaigns
• Working collaboratively with the MarComms team (Communications Specialist, Content Marketing Specialist & Marketing Coordinator)

Your Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Highly developed skills across CMS & optimising content for online platforms
• Developed SEM & paid social media campaign development
• Google Analytics, analysing data to report on ROI
• A solid understanding of eDM campaigns & automation-based marketing
• Ability to develop & nurture positive working relationships
• Collaborative team player
