Our client is committed to reducing stigma and advocating for people most affected by complex mental health issues. They are an organisation driven to provide high-quality digital mental health services including counselling, peer support, online forums, and art programs to support those with complex needs.
The Service Lead is an exciting and newly created role working within the Service Delivery Team to provide leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team. The role’s main priority is ensuring best practice approaches are used when supporting people with complex mental health issues.
The role will see you working collaboratively with and managing a proactive team across the organisations Forums and Groups, Guided Services and Drop-In Programs. You will also be involved in:
