About the role

As a Senior Client Account Manager, you are a key member of the organisation, responsible for nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with our most valued clients, the sub-contracted marketing companies and our charity partners in Australia and New Zealand.
You will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and advancing campaigns to optimise sales and customer acquisitions for our charity partners, sub-contracted marketing companies, and Adflex Marketing.

You will work closely with sub-contracted companies, clients, and Adflex Marketing internal departments, fostering strong collaboration to ensure outstanding service delivery, efficient issue resolution, and the exploration of growth opportunities.

About you

This role is ideal for an experienced Client Account Manager who has at least 5 years of proven experience in account and campaign management, with a strong track record in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Ideally, you will have experience interpreting data and creating senior-level reports, along with excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills. Key responsibilities

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with key clients and sub-contracted marketing companies, ensuring satisfaction, addressing queries, and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Drive campaign success by aligning with goals, managing multiple campaigns, forecasting metrics, and maintaining accurate records while handling various client and partner interactions.
  • Develop strategic plans, conduct business reviews, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Supervise, train, and manage the performance of direct reports, support recruitment, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues, ensure timely resolutions, and maintain workplace safety through adherence to WHS protocols and participation in safety initiatives.
