Adflex Marketing is a full-service advertising agency specialising in digital, face-to-face, retail, tele and data acquisition fundraising. Adflex partners with charities and sporting organisations to explore revenue creation opportunities.
As a Senior Client Account Manager, you are a key member of the organisation, responsible for nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with our most valued clients, the sub-contracted marketing companies and our charity partners in Australia and New Zealand.
You will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and advancing campaigns to optimise sales and customer acquisitions for our charity partners, sub-contracted marketing companies, and Adflex Marketing.
You will work closely with sub-contracted companies, clients, and Adflex Marketing internal departments, fostering strong collaboration to ensure outstanding service delivery, efficient issue resolution, and the exploration of growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for an experienced Client Account Manager who has at least 5 years of proven experience in account and campaign management, with a strong track record in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Ideally, you will have experience interpreting data and creating senior-level reports, along with excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
