Royal Life Saving Society Australia is a leading national organisation not for profit focused on reducing drowning and improving safety around water.
This role sits within a major national program that provides funding to community organisations, to improve water safety outcomes for multicultural communities across Australia.
The program focuses on people who are newer to Australia and aims to strengthen social cohesion while building stronger connections between local aquatic facilities and communities.
As Partnership Grants Coordinator, you will lead the administration and day-to-day coordination of a national grants program that supports community organisations across the country, working closely with the Program Manager to ensure funding is distributed effectively and outcomes are tracked clearly.
This includes migrant groups, councils, swim schools, aquatic centres and community organisations.
You will support the development and implementation of systems, processes and tools that enable funding to be distributed effectively and ensure outcomes are tracked clearly.
This role will suit someone who enjoys solving problems, working with both systems and people, and operating in a fast paced, evolving program environment.
This is an initial 12 month contract, full time role, based in Sydney, with hybrid working.
If you are interested in building a program that delivers real community impact, apply with your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience.
