The Junction Neighbourhood Centre (JNC) provides a diverse range of local community services and programs for the communities in Inner City and Eastern Sydney, with a focus on people who are socially isolated, disadvantaged and vulnerable. As a not-for-profit organisation operating for 50 years, the focus of their work is strengthening local communities and creating connections. They have community centres in which provide community information and places for the community to meet and participate in a wide range of groups, classes and programs.
The Manager of Aged Services is a key leadership role in JNC, responsible for the management of the JNC’s Aged Services Team working across the City of Sydney and Eastern Sydney. The role works at both a strategic and operational level and focusses on consistent and quality service delivery, operational planning, development of new services and business development for JNC in aged services in the context of industry reforms and strategic opportunities.
