Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) provide a range of programs to help families stay together and close to the care they need when a child is diagnosed with a serious illness.
Their programs & services include Ronald MacDonald Houses, Family rooms within hospitals, Family retreats and the Ronald McDonald Learning Program across 11 geographical chapters.
Guided by core values of compassion, collaboration, respect, and professionalism, RMHC Australia takes a comprehensive approach by fostering collaboration and implementing initiatives to enhance the efficiency and best practices of each Chapter.
RMHC Australia ensures brand consistency and oversees communications and corporate partnerships on a national level across its federated model.
Due to a recent restructuring, RMHC Australia is recruiting a small number of new roles. Reporting to RMHC Australia’s CEO and sitting within the senior leadership team, the General Manager, Brand and Engagement will play a crucial role in protecting brand usage and fostering engagement for the organisation.
Using your strategic vision, leadership skills, and passion for brand management, the General Manager, Brand and Engagement will contribute to enhancing brand recognition, stakeholder engagement, and revenue growth.
Leading a small team of six people, you will motivate and support their success across brand marketing and national corporate partnership activities.
