Opportunity to join a peak body NFP that specialises in advocacy and inclusion for people with physical disability as Education Services Manager.
The Physical Disability Council of NSW (PDCN) is the peak advocacy body for people living with physical disability in New South Wales.
PDCN's purpose is to promote and protect the rights and interests of people with physical disability across the state. PDCN is committed to providing accessible and inclusive education and capacity building opportunities that empower individuals with disability and advance their participation in society.
Reporting into the CEO, the Education Services Manager will be responsible for developing, promoting, and delivering PDCN's funded and fee-for-service education offerings.
This includes managing funded education and capacity building projects, developing and implementing a marketing plan for fee-for-service training, and managing the delivery of fee-for-service training.
The role will also involve providing operational management support to the Chief Executive Officer, including overseeing the delivery of PDCN outcomes framework integration throughout the organisation, providing support with grant applications, recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and acting in the role of CEO as required.
