This role will focus on nurturing relationships (as well as building new ones) with supporters as the main and first point of contact for donors reaching out to the organisation.
You’ll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience in every interaction and be the warm presence on the other end of the phone.
You will be comfortable in an environment that requires multi-tasking across various communication channels and tasks, and be able to effectively collaborate in a tight-knit team environment.
