About the Role

Our client is a well-loved charity seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Fundraising Campaign Specialist (FCS), who is ready to jump right in and work with a collaborative and passionate team.

This role will join the organisation in year one of a five-year strategy that is focused on diversifying income and fundraising opportunities. With this exciting new direction, this role will primarily focus on innovating, redeveloping, and implementing past and new events into large scale digital peer-to-peer campaigns – working on creating strategy, process and procedures as well as working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to roll it out.

As the Community Fundraising program is still in its infancy this role has the potential to leave a legacy by contributing to their growth over the coming years.

This role will suit an individual who is digitally savvy, creative and demonstrates an eagerness to learn. There is also fantastic scope for career development.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the National Community Fundraising & Events Manager to develop a strategic plan to support yearly growth
  • Be a key player in driving new campaign initiatives, continuous innovation, and campaign improvements, bringing your own fresh ideas to life
  • Responsible for the project management and execution of the Digital P2P Fundraising portfolio
  • Develop, deliver, refine, and constantly improve best practice Digital P2P Fundraising for delivery nationally
  • Oversee external agencies to develop and deliver a digital acquisition and engagement strategy across P2P campaigns
  • Act as the key national contact for all Raise It and P2P fundraisers, responsible for their stewardship and success
  • Develop engaging and exciting supporter journeys, continuously looking for opportunities to improve success at key touchpoints
  • Work closely with Strategic Relationships Team to identify partnership and employee engagement opportunities, to encourage participation in digital P2P campaigns
  • Manage and report income and expenditure budgets
  • Track, analyse and report on campaigns to ensure targets are achieved
  • Develop post-campaign reports and make recommendations to improve the campaign strategy based on the outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in peer-to-peer campaigns and/or digital marketing experience is highly advantageous
  • Prior experience in the delivery of campaigns or events, including campaigns management, marketing plans and reporting
  • Strong project management experience with the ability able to juggle multiple competing priorities at once
  • Confidence to build relationships and manage internal and external stakeholder
  • Experience in supporter journey mapping - strategy and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, show initiative and adapt to change
  • Results orientated and motivated to put creative ideas to practice
  • Demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
  • Experience using programs such as Fundraisin, Campaign Monitor and Salesforce.
