We are seeking candidates with a strong background in data insights, with the ability to comprehend and present insights in a compelling manner. These insights will not only significantly impact the donor experience but also go beyond seeking new financial opportunities. About the role

In this role, you will be tasked with pioneering innovative approaches to harness consumer behavioural data. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating interactive and automated dashboards that empower our fundraising team to make strategic decisions through proactive in-depth analysis and insights.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and Provide insights for the individual giving team in fundraising.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the various channels used by the individual giving team.
  • Engage with business users to consult and recommend best possible way to answer their business data questions.
  • Provide rapid answers to business questions using a mix of queries and visualisations.
  • Support ad hoc data requests from across business areas.
  • Design and build reporting data models that support user self-serve reporting.
  • Identify data to integrate with the warehouse to develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Build customer segmentation analytics and campaign performance reporting.
  • Proactively organising training and development activities for business to facilitate adaption.
  • Design, build, test and present meaningful insights from a complex range of data.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Experience working with fundraising, sales or marketing teams
  • Experience with data visualisation and querying tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Strong ability to work in T-SQL and DAX queries.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
