  • Full-time max-term contact – commencing 12 months from start date (no later than 1st July 2024).
  • Office based in North Sydney (with hybrid work arrangements), close to public transport options, work in a tight-knit and collaborative team.

Role responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in this team, supporting the Fundraising team with data and reporting requirements before, during and after campaigns.

  • Support the fundraising team in gathering data and lists to frame campaign criteria and ensure campaigns are optimised to reach fundraising goals.
  • Segment and extract data for a wide variety of campaign channels.
  • Report on general trends in supporter engagement and campaign behaviour to influence future campaigns.
  • Provide weekly reporting throughout active campaigns, and detailed post-campaign reporting.
  • Ensure that all data is checked and correct, and that data integrity is upheld in the CRM (by working with suppliers to cross-check supporter data, ensuring the security of information and in adherence with privacy policies/ practices).

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs), Word and Teams, and a strong proficiency working with CRM databases.
  • Transferrable experience from a similar role providing reporting and analysis on marketing or fundraising campaigns.
  • The ability to collaborate and interact with a variety of different stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise competing demands
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Well-developed analytical skills and problem-solving skills

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check and Working With Children Check.
