  • Collaborate for impact: Work closely with grants and information management teams to ensure data is accurate, timely and fit for purpose.
  • Enable evidence-based action: Support the development of visual tools (dashboards, Power BI reports), automate workflows, and contribute to real-time monitoring.
  • Champion learning: Translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights that support storytelling, learning and continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a data and insights role, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in analytics, data or social sciences, social impact measurement or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of data management processes, including database tools and analytical frameworks.

Desirable:

  • Proficiency with data tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI, GIS) and experience using impact frameworks and socio-economic data sources (e.g. ABS, SEIFA).

What’s in it for you?

  • Enjoy flexible hours and the option for hybrid/remote working.
  • Benefit from ongoing professional development support including annual staff conference held in regional Australia.
  • Environment of growth and innovation.
  • Highly skilled and committed workforce.
  • Reputable organisation making real impact in remote, rural, and regional communities.
