We are seeking someone with natural leadership abilities who has a passion for all things quality, risk and continuous improvement. You will be the type of person that enjoys being the ‘go-to’ for all things quality, having a real passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Your proven track record includes using data and analytics when designing, developing, evaluating, and implementing quality, risk, and compliance systems in a health-related setting.
You are a change catalyst and are adept at implementing organisational-wide change management strategies to support new processes. Your interpersonal and communication skills are top-notch, and you have a well-developed understanding of IT systems, including document management systems, databases, and data analysis.

As the Clinical Lead (Quality), you’ll be at the forefront of guiding and developing Lifeline Australia’s Quality Management System and implementing a robust framework to drive continuous improvement to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, quality governance and operational excellence.
This role provides the link between corporate objectives, strategic priorities, and service quality. The Clinical Lead will champion clinical excellence and drive consistent, informed practice. There is a significant focus on clinical risk management, particularly in safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults. Other responsibilities include:
