The role:

The Business Services Manager will partner with the CEO, senior leadership team and the board, to develop and execute business development growth strategies that focus on innovation, budgets, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship management, including human resources, auditing, marketing, and accounting
• Oversee the Risk and Quality Improvement procedures, including compliance and WHS
• Establish and deliver a stakeholder communication plan that includes internal, external, and government stakeholders
• Provide leadership and resource allocation to allow business and program delivery to reach defined KPIs and goals

The successful candidate will have:

A client-centred and process improvement mindset. They will be detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and results-driven and be able to build respectful and helpful working relationships with stakeholders

• An understanding of compliance requirements and WHS systems
• Excellent time management skills – be able to manage the delivery of projects with time restraints while maintaining attention to detail
• High-level communication - ability to liaise with internal/external stakeholders as well as strong presentation skills with conducting presentations across the board
• The desirable candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/Business Administration and experience working in the community, health, or (NDIS) disability sectors
