You will:
- Use your well developed knowledge, skills and agility to lead the design, development and delivery of our MEL frameworks and projects and foster a data informed culture.
- Frequently use your expertise in the application of MEL thinking to capture and analyse program, data and interpret findings to translate complex analysis and evaluation into clear actionable insights that contribute to quality improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Celebrate social impact by telling the stories that lie within evaluation data.
- Regularly demonstrate your strong collaboration and communication skills when working closely with managers, program teams and diverse stakeholders to enhance program delivery.
- Apply your growth oriented mindset and effective teams skills to embed evidence based decision making, evaluation and continuous learning practices.
- Harness your creativity and be empowered to create opportunities for continuous improvement, best practice and exploring innovative solutions.
