As the Fundraising Analyst and Coordinator based in Hobart, you will play a pivotal role in our mission. We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and adaptive individual to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational assistance with grant prospecting, proposals and acquittals, making a tangible impact on the lives of young people in the region.

About the role:

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Reviewing prospective grant opportunities identified within the Strategic Grants GEM portal and other sources as appropriate
  • Supporting the development of funding proposals by liaising with various internal stakeholders including operations, communications & marketing, and finance
  • Capturing the deliverables and milestones from successful grant applications in our CRM (Salesforce) and lead the coordination, preparation and timely and accurate submission of acquittals and other reporting deadlines
  • Maintain strong internal governance processes and store all supporting documentation within our DMS (SharePoint)

About you:

  • You are committed to effecting real change and making a positive difference in the lives of young Australians
  • Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role within a NFP and can demonstrate:
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Experience managing processes
    • Proven organisational skills, ability to multi-task and take initiative
    • Microsoft suite and CRM database experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
