We are seeking passionate and dedicated Educators to join our unique, amazing organisation.

The Educator will provide a high standard of Education and Care to children through the implementation of contemporary Early Childhood Education or Middle Childhood Education Programs that reflect the Principles and Practices of the Early Years Learning Framework or My Time Our Place Framework.

The Educators must ensure they are aware of and working in accordance with their Position Description, the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, NQF, NQS, Work Health and Safety Obligations and BCS Policies and Procedures.

To be successful, you must have:

  • Early Education and Care positions require a minimum Cert III qualification in an approved (ACECQA) qualification.
  • Current approved First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Regulations (Reg 136).
  • Current approved anaphylaxis management training (Reg 136).
  • Current approved emergency asthma management training (Reg 136).

CRCS also requires all employees to:

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
  • Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position.
  • Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
