The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.

Our IT Directorate is seeking an experienced Security Operations and Platform Specialist to join our team.
This is a full time, fixed term position for approximately six months to cover Parental leave.
The role supports the Senior Security Operations and Platform Specialist in providing expertise and advice in relation to business priorities for security operations, planning and capability improvements across the business.
Assess risk, conducting audits and developing mitigation strategies in relation to security risk across the business. Expertise within this field is fundamental along with knowing when to escalate matters and providing recommendations as security risks occur.
You will be an experienced and highly regarded as an SME in the cyber security field. You will have exceptional, professional and customer focused interpersonal skills and able to converse with a range of stakeholders. You will also have the following:
