The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.

This is a full time fixed term position that can be based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide working a hybrid arrangement

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Scrum Master to join our team and play a pivotal role in transformative agile sprint execution aligned with our transformation delivery roadmap.  As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate closely with delivery teams, champion scrum events and proactively ensure completion of all scrum based activities.

In this role you will:

Be part of an exciting transformation program, focused on delivering improved future state experiences to staff and end-users using the Salesforce platform.

• Lead scrum events and facilitate team collaboration
• Provide reports and dashboards to leadership on sprint and program deliverables
• Define and organise scrum roles, sprint planning, readiness, and ensure prioritisation aligns with key deliverables.
• Proactively manage Jira/Confluence artefact hygiene and pipeline ensuring work moves appropriately through the development lifecycle, mitigating any blockers
• Drive agile maturity within development teams and embed principles across the organisation.

As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience as a scrum master in a similar role
• Strong understanding and application of agile methodologies and program tools (Jira / Confluence)
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritse tasks and adapt to changing requirements
• Certification in Scrum Master and experience with Salesforce is preferred.
