ABOUT YOU:

You're a people-first HR leader with a strong track record of guiding high-performing teams and delivering meaningful outcomes. You bring a strategic mindset to everything you do, whether you're developing policies, advising on complex employee matters, or planning for the future workforce.

You have a sound knowledge of employment law, awards, enterprise agreements, and HR compliance, and you’re confident providing clear, expert advice to leaders and employees alike.

You’ll also bring:

• Proven experience managing complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and performance management
• A strong grasp of workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies
• The ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement through impactful HR projects

With a balance of empathy, process, and innovation, you're ready to contribute to a values-driven organisation where people and culture truly matter.
