Reporting to the Executive Assistant/Office Manager this position is integral to Support Services and is responsible for undertaking the reception duties for Baptistcare Support Services. This role is required to greet and assist visitors, receive telephone calls and direct them appropriately, and to undertake a variety of clerical duties to assist with the functioning of the office promptly and professionally.
This will include being the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors entering the facility, procurement of resources, data collection/entry, and providing customer support.
