As a Care Partner you will be promoting the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents through person-centred, individual care at our Aged Care Facility. The main role of this position will involve engaging with residents in meaningful activities of their life such as assisting with personal hygiene tasks, eating, moving around, household tasks and leisurely activities.

Ideally you will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or be working towards attaining one. Having the ability to communicate well and build relationships with people from many walks of life is essential as is being able to complete a busy workload and respond to changing priorities.
