We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead – Workplace Relations to join our People & Culture team and lead critical, organisation-wide initiatives across workplace relations.This is a high-impact role focused on delivering key programs of work including workplace wage assurance and the overseeing of Enterprise Agreement negotiations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliant, sustainable and contemporary workplace practices across a large, complex and nationally dispersed organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts, you will translate strategy into practical outcomes—balancing technical excellence, stakeholder alignment, and business impact.
