Project Lead - Enterprise Agreement

About the opportunity

Working closely with the Head of People Strategy, Projects and Change, you will mobilise your subject matter expertise to translate BaptistCare’s strategic objectives into an Enterprise bargaining strategy and will lead its delivery back to the organisation.

As a conduit between the organisation’s leadership, its core team and external stakeholders you will bring a loving, collaborative and analytical workstyle to enable the P&C stream and other stakeholders to offer their best work, every day.

Your ability to effectively identify risks, opportunities and trends, analyse them, articulate actions and communicate those, during a period of rapid growth for the organisation, will be pivotal to your success!

About you

To be considered, you will have:

  • Demonstrable depth in leading and developing Industrial Relations frameworks and initiatives in a highly dispersed and diverse workforce
  • Demonstrable ability to pragmatically apply knowledge of contemporary Enterprise Agreement bargaining strategies and practices
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or coordinating complex enterprise agreement negotiations
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources, Organisational Design or Social Sciences, Employment Law, Industrial Relations
  • Sound understanding of the principles of Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and project management fundamentals
  • Well-developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experience
  • Superior communications skills - written and verbal
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and commitment to travel (including inter-state)
  • Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values.
