About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our residential aged care team in Albany. This role involves providing clinical leadership and supporting the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll coordinate the assessment, planning, and delivery of care services, focusing on the individual needs of each resident.

You will mentor and guide staff, act as a clinical resource, and ensure best practices are followed across the facility. This includes overseeing infection control protocols, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with aged care standards and Baptistcare’s code of conduct. Your contribution will help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will be a Clinical Nurse or an experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. You will bring a strong clinical background with a proven ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team. Tertiary qualifications in Nursing are required, along with a commitment to delivering person-centred care with a customer-focused approach.

You will have well-developed clinical skills, including assessment, analysis, and care planning, as well as a clear understanding of aged and healthcare practices. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, and a leadership style that aligns with our organisational values and behaviours are essential.
