Reporting to the Divisional Manager Residential, this role will be expected to ensure the Facility maintains a high-quality level of consumer centred care and services for their customers and stakeholders across all aspects focused on the consumer’s whole person’s well-being experience while partnering with consumers to provide the best possible care and services to meet the consumer’s choices, needs and preferences. The Residential Care and Services Manager will provide leadership to their local team enabling and influencing them to perform at their best within the Baptcare business and value framework.
You will have previous experience and proven ability to lead a team of staff and maximise outcomes in performance and Resident care. With outstanding communication skills, you will promote a consumer focussed service – internally and externally - and be confident in leading individuals to be successful in their given role.
Together with your commercial acumen and budgeting experience, you will be required to contribute to continuous improvement activities to support the growth and consistent uplift of the services offered.
