We have a Mental Health Practitioner role available in our Southern Mindset Horizons Team; our office in based in Moonah with flexible working from home options available.
Horizons is a state-wide short-term, psychosocial program that equips people experiencing episodic, severe mental health conditions with the tools needed to support their mental health and work towards their goals. It utilises two platforms – outreach and group programs. Horizons provides service state-wide and this role may include travel to rural and remote areas.
This role is full time and is funded until June 30 2024 with possibility of extension.
