Reporting to the Jets Team Leader the Jets Facility Administrator holds a pivotal role in helping to maintain our industry standard facility and resources to deliver high quality services to the community. The role will be based at Jets Studio in Bundoora.

Jets is a multifunctional creative arts youth facility, delivering a range of programs and activities for young people in and around Banyule. Part of Banyule City Council Youth Services, Jets provides training in and access to a range of professional music and multimedia equipment, facilitates creative arts workshops and coordinates a number of events, including the annual Banyule Youth Festival.

As the Jets Facility Administrator you will maintain the Jets facility equipment, resources and support administration processes, to ensure young people and staff have a great experience pursuing their creative project.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in administering a community facility, resources and processes
• Understanding of operating and maintaining creative industries technologies and equipment incl: live and studio sound
• Demonstrated hands on experience in Community Development/Youth Engagement principles and practice
• Tertiary qualifications in Community/Youth sector; Creative industries and/or Facility management
• Working knowledge of corporate IT systems
• Current First Aid Level 2 and CPR are desirable
• Current full Victorian Driver’s Licence and a sound personal vehicle mandatory
• Current Working With Children’s Check
