Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is a unique cross-border public health service and the largest regional health service between Sydney and Melbourne. We support an outer catchment population of 250,000 throughout North-East VIC and Southern NSW, with a dedicated team of over 2,500 staff. The Opportunity

Multiple opportunities available for Registered Nurses and/or Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists to join the Acute Community Intervention Service (ACIS) based in Albury/Wodonga/Wangaratta as part of the AWH Mental Health Service catchment. The Acute Community Intervention Service provides all access and entry functions including triage, crisis response and short-term follow up. These positions will commence in triage to support the implementation of the new ACIS program. Training in Triage, crisis assessment, short term interventions, cultural and gender sensitivity and motivational interviewing will be provided along with supervision and mentoring.
