This assignment is crucial for Solar Solutions Limited PNG to build the capacity of its young and relatively inexperienced Business Development team. The volunteer will play a vital role in enabling the team to develop and apply tools for data collection, analysis, and strategic planning under the guidance of an experienced Sales & Marketing Analyst. These tools and processes will empower the team to structure and execute effective marketing initiatives, strengthening the company’s ability to sustain growth in a competitive renewable energy market.

The volunteer will focus on enhancing the team’s proficiency in data analytics, which is a critical skill for driving informed decision making and developing actionable sales and marketing strategies. Currently, the specialised skills and experiences required to mentor the team are not readily available in-country, making this placement essential for bridging the gap.

Requirements

• All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
• A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
• A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.  

Additional requirements for this assignment include first aid certificate.
