About the assignment

About the Partner Organisation: 

Cambodian Disabled People’s Organisation (CDPO) is a Cambodian NGO established in 1994 as a movement of Cambodian people with disabilities. It is run and governed by people with disabilities. CDPO is different from other disability organisations as it does not provide goods or services.

This assignment will provide support to new staff, assisting in capacity building towards the organisational goal of providing disability awareness to the public. To ensure people with disabilities can participate equally in society and to live with dignity.

This will be a remote, part time assignment less than 25 hours per week.

About the Position: 

  • You’ll be advising CDPO regarding the development of sustainable strategies, economic empowerment and strategic resource mobilization.
  • You’ll need a degree in social sciences, humanities, development studies, human rights, management or other relevant discipline.
  • You’ll gain an opportunity to help implement a sustainable strategic plan.

Allowance: $79

Allowance figure is per month, allowance figures are $131 (full-time), $79 (part-time).
