Key Responsibilities:

As a PCA/Care Worker your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and timely case notes.
• Assisting with meal preparation.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting participants with dressing, grooming, personal care, and hygiene.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Rights to work in Australia/Australian Citizen
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Individual Support.
• Previous experience in Aged Care (Desirable but not essential)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 doses of COVID vaccination.
• Current Australian Driver's License, Comprehensive Car Insurance, and mobile phone.
• Current police check.
• Working with Children's Check.
• Bilingual or Greek speaking skills desirable.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and compassionate nature.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
