We're looking for a passionate, data-driven Digital Engagement Lead to join our Marketing Team and help shape the way we connect with the nation. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on creativity and technical savvy across digital platforms.

Our work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including the latest insights into the neurobiology of trauma, attachment theory, and child development.

About the role:

As our Digital Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the Foundation's annual marketing and revenue goals.

This includes leading content and digital strategies across social media including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), search, website, and other digital channels, ensuring a seamless customer journey and improved user experience. Your agenda? To increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive meaningful action-be it sales, donations, or advocacy.

The role manages multi-channel campaigns using organic and paid content, oversees content partnerships, and ensures all communications align with brand and tone of voice. This will involve ongoing analysis and reporting to optimise performance and inform future campaigns, as well as managing SEO, SEM, and website performance to drive visibility and engagement.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll bring our digital strategy to life through bold campaigns, seamless customer journeys, compelling content, and constant performance optimisation.

In order for you to succeed, you will need (Key Selection Criteria):

  • 6+ years in digital marketing, with strong experience in social media, UX, SEO/SEM, email marketing and content strategy.
  • Proven success leading digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Deep understanding of Meta and Google platforms, with hands-on experience in analytics and campaign optimisation.
  • Solid grasp of SEO best practice, CMS (WordPress essential), and ideally some experience with Shopify.
  • Design and creative flair-comfortable jumping into Canva or Adobe Suite to develop visual content when needed.
  • A passion for data, storytelling, and purpose-led digital engagement.
  • Core capability in marketing, brand and project management.
