Join a Dynamic Performance, Planning & Operations Team as a Customer and Operations Officer!
The Australian Childhood Foundation are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative and customer service support. We are seeking a Customer and Operations Officer to play a vital role in supporting our organisation's day-to-day operations and service excellence.
As a key member of the Performance, Planning and Operations team, you will provide high-quality customer service, administrative, fleet, and facilities support, ensuring the smooth operation of both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes functions. Your work will directly contribute to organisational performance, data capture and reporting, and business intelligence.

As a non-profit, non-government organisation, we've achieved substantial milestones in preventing child abuse through education, advocacy, research, and specialised therapeutic services.
