The Australian Childhood Foundation are looking for a Care Coordinator, who will support children and young people in the OOHC program by:
Undertaking some weekend events and after-hours roster work.
This program focuses on creating therapeutic environments for children who have experienced trauma, abuse, or family violence. By promoting healing, stability, and cultural connection, we aim to improve outcomes through holistic, evidence-based interventions and collaborative care.
The Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) is a national leader in trauma-informed therapeutic care, working to enhance the lives of children and young people.
We are part of WA's transformative reforms in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC), which aim to create a culturally sensitive and responsive system. Key priorities include promoting stability for children in care, strengthening cultural connections, supporting early reunification, preparing young people for transitions, and delivering flexible, needs-driven services.
