Work closely and collaboratively with Northern Territory Government agencies to deliver high level advice on injury recovery and return to work strategies.
The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) provides essential corporate functions to the NTG, efficiently and effectively enabling agencies to focus on their core business. Workforce Relations is one of the shared services provided by DCDD and Injury Management is a centre of excellence that sits within this structure.
Injury Management is a centre of excellence committed to delivering high level advice and support to client agencies and employees including early intervention and return to work strategies, medical inability and incapacity at a whole of government level.
As a Senior Manager you provide leadership to a dedicated team of HR professional’s responsible for promoting and applying early intervention and injury management frameworks, systems and processes. Your extensive knowledge and experience of injury management frameworks, return to work strategies and client engagement, will be well received by your client agencies and will allow you to build close strategic partnerships. As will your highly-developed case management skills, and ability to interpret legislation.
