The Opportunity:

The position is a mix between case management and recruitment services provided to our job seekers. You will work with individuals who are looking to re-enter the workforce. You will be assisting them to prepare for and find new employment opportunities. The role is challenging but will be a rewarding experience. This Position is based in Blackburn.  

Your major responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying appropriate employment opportunities to meet participants needs
  • Support participants in applying for employment
  • Conduct case management and follow up on job seekers applications

You will be given extensive training and opportunities to develop your career, giving you excellent grounding to succeed in this role. We will provide you access and the opportunity complete further studies, including a paid half day per week to complete your study. You will also be provided with on-the-job training and support from your managers and mentors and will have the opportunity to experience different areas within Employment Services broadening your career pathway.

Who You Are:

First and foremost, you must have a real passion for working with people to help them develop. You will be able to balance empathy in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve business outcomes.

You will also need:

  • Previous experience in sales, reverse marketing, or recruitment desired
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with new employers and job seekers
